If you're not receiving the password reset email for your EpicWorld Gamers account and you initially signed in using Apple with the "hide my email" option activated, this might be preventing emails from being forwarded to you.
To resolve this, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your phone.
- Tap on your Apple ID at the top.
- Go to "Password & Security."
- Select "Sign in with Apple."
- Choose "Apps using your Apple ID."
- Find EpicWorld Gamers and toggle the "Forward to" option back on.
After updating these settings, request a new password reset email from EpicWorld Gamers, and it should arrive at the email address linked to your Apple ID.
