What is your return policy?

Final Sale Policy: All purchases are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes items bought during holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and items purchased with discount codes. If there is an error on our part, we will make the necessary corrections. If you receive a defective product, you may be eligible for a refund.

Address Errors: If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. EpicWorld Gamers is not liable for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.

Received a Defective/Wrong Product: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at www.epicworldgamers1.com with your order number, full name, email address used for the order, and a description of the issue, including photos. Contact us for further instructions. 

Forgot to Use My Discount Code: Unfortunately, our system does not allow for price modifications once an order has been finalized. Please ensure all information, including discount codes, is correct before finalizing your order. Only one discount code may be used per order.

Do you provide a tracking number for orders? All orders are provided with a tracking number sent directly to your email. Please contact us if you did not receive this information.

Delivery Issues: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, file a claim with the shipping company. We may offer a store credit after further review if the claim is unsuccessful.

Why is my order listed as 'Pre-shipment'? Tracking numbers are issued when the shipping label is printed, indicating that the shipping process has started. It is common for an order to remain in 'Pre-shipment' for several days. Contact us if the status extends beyond the estimated shipping time.

Oversold Items: Occasionally, an item may be oversold. If this happens, you will be refunded for the unavailable item, and the rest of your order will be shipped. If the oversold item is the only item in your order, shipping costs will also be refunded.

Price Changes: Our product prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at purchase is final and will not be adjusted retroactively.

Suspicious Messages: Be cautious of fraudulent messages. @EPICWORLDGAMERS is our verified Instagram,Facebook,Tiktok account. Any other account claiming you have won a giveaway is likely a scam. We do not conduct cash giveaways. Do not respond to these messages.
