This Personal Use License applies to all digital products sold through Epic World Gamers, including but not limited to stream overlays, webcam frames, transitions, countdown timers, graphics, digital guides, templates, downloadable assets, and other digital content.

By purchasing and downloading any Epic World Gamers product, you agree to the terms of this license.

What You ARE Allowed to Do

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime personal license to use the product for your own personal content creation.

You may:

✅ Use Epic World Gamers products on your own livestreams, videos, and social media content, including YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Facebook Gaming, Instagram, X, and similar platforms.

✅ Monetize your content while using Epic World Gamers products, including revenue earned from advertisements, memberships, subscriptions, donations, sponsorships, affiliate marketing, and brand partnerships.

✅ Resize, crop, reposition, recolor, or customize the files to fit your personal streaming setup or content style.

✅ Use purchased products across all of your personal gaming channels and social media accounts that you own and operate.

✅ Continue using the products indefinitely after purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.

✅ Display Epic World Gamers products in tutorials, educational videos, livestreams, gameplay content, and personal promotional material.

✅ Use the products without providing attribution or credit to Epic World Gamers.

What You Are NOT Allowed to Do

Your purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright.

You may not:

❌ Resell, sublicense, redistribute, rent, lease, or share any Epic World Gamers files.

❌ Upload products to file-sharing websites, cloud storage services, marketplaces, torrent sites, Discord servers, or public repositories.

❌ Give files to friends, family members, teammates, esports organizations, communities, or clients.

❌ Include Epic World Gamers assets within another digital product, template, overlay package, asset pack, or software product.

❌ Claim ownership, authorship, trademark rights, or copyright of any Epic World Gamers design or digital asset.

❌ Remove branding, copyright notices, or license information when included with the product.

❌ Allow third parties to extract, download, copy, modify, or reuse the original files outside of your own personal content.

❌ Use Epic World Gamers products to create competing digital products for resale.

Each purchase licenses one individual user only.

If another person wishes to use the product, they must purchase their own license.

Commercial Content Use

You are welcome to earn money while using Epic World Gamers products within your own content.

Examples include:

  • YouTube Partner Program

  • Twitch subscriptions

  • Kick Creator Program

  • Facebook Gaming monetization

  • TikTok Creator Rewards

  • Sponsorships

  • Affiliate marketing

  • Brand partnerships

You may not:

  • Sell the original files.

  • Include the files with products or services you sell.

  • License or distribute the files to clients or third parties.

  • Offer the files as free downloads or bonuses.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All products sold by Epic World Gamers remain the exclusive intellectual property of Epic World Gamers.

Purchasing a product grants a license to use the product, not ownership of the artwork or files.

All copyrights, trademarks, logos, designs, artwork, branding, and digital assets remain the property of Epic World Gamers.

License Duration

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your Personal Use License remains valid for the lifetime of the purchased product.

Epic World Gamers reserves the right to discontinue products or services at any time without affecting licenses already granted.

Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital nature of downloadable products, all sales are final.

Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided once a product has been downloaded or delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Changes to This License

Epic World Gamers may update this Personal Use License from time to time to reflect changes in products, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.

Any updates will not retroactively remove rights granted under the version of the license that was in effect at the time of your purchase.
